I am a mature 16 year old who knows how to run a server,
considering I run my own (still in development) I know how to configure
when needed, I respect others and know how to connect to the players
by using my humor
I'm a funny but mature when it is necessary in
situations, which from my experience people tend to like interactive staff
members.
Why Do You Deserve This Position Out Of All The Applications That We Get?
Because frankly, 99 percent of the people who apply for staff are in it to abuse their power,

Unfortunately I don't apply for staff on many servers but I do run my own,

Why Is It Important For A Staff Member To stay unbiased?
It's important for a staff member to be unbiased because in situations where
someone you have grown to like might start abusing other players because of his
relationship with a staff member, which can lead to that staff member not doing
anything because he is friends with the abuser, which makes up a negative environment
for other players which makes them leave, and one of the most important attributes of
a server is a positive and friendly environment.
Two Players Have Been Fighting Over The Auction Because One Of The Players Wont Pay The Other/Wont Give Up The
Item, What Do You Do?
First, politely ask the player to comply to the deal they arranged before serving punishment for his actions.
If that does not work, I will give him a second chance to just complete the deal and walk away.
If he/she refuses to comply I will punish the player either by kick or mute or jail, or in serious cases, ban.
