What will make you an asset to the Server?
I want to make people feel welcomed to the server, such as welcoming them back, or talking to them daily in chat. I will make sure players have the best gaming experience they can possibly have on this server. I will give ideas to the server, such as plugins, events or ranks maybe. I can help players if they need to know a command. I will put all the effort I can into the server to make it a really good server, for a community of players to enjoy.
Why Do You Deserve This Position Out Of All The Applications That We Get?
The reason I deserve it the most because, I have owned a server, I have felt how it feel to be a staff member, I have even been an owner, so I have had, to deal with hackers, spammers and answering a lot of questions. I am responsible, trustworthy, honest, respectful and loyal. I have owned my own server and have had a lot of experience with server. I will be active on the forums too. I will try to show dedication by donating, I have also donated to the stream to help Cullen with this server.
Do you have any staff experience on other servers or PHP forums? (Please leave links and IPs):
I own my own mini test server, which Cullen has the ip for. I have been staff in many other servers I can't remember the IPs for, but just let me say, they weren't the best servers. I learned a lot though, things such as, plugins, commands and how to deal with spammers, hackers, and people who are arguing. I didn't just deal with that kind of behaviors, I have dealt with DDos threats and Dox threats just going towards me. I used to be staff on a lot of prison server, but some faction ones too. So I have a lot of experience with factions. I have also owned servers with other people and stride into a big community. I am not with any servers at the moment, so this is a perfect opportunity for me. If I get accepted that is.

Why Is It Important For A Staff Member To stay unbiased?
It is important because, you don't want a staff member arguing with players, or denying there opinions. I am a very nice person and I like to be nice to people, I don't get angry at all, even if someone is doing something they thing would anger me. I like to make people feel happy so I help them if they are in a tough situation or are just sad because a different reason.
Two Players Have Been Fighting Over The Auction Because One Of The Players Wont Pay The Other/Wont Give Up The
Item, What Do You Do?
I would politely ask them to stop arguing first off, then I would say to the person who lost the auction that he could either try to get the in another auction or just politely say that it is just an auction and he one fairly.

I am really wanting to be moderator on this server, I am really enjoying the server so far and I think it will do good now and in the future. I'll probably be on the server moderating while watching the stream, if I get accepted that is.
