Because someone may be accusing someone else of something they did not do, or other similar things
Two Players Have Been Fighting Over The Auction Because One Of The Players Wont Pay The Other/Wont Give Up The
Item, What Do You Do?
If a player is not paying, they don't get the item, and the auctioneer keeps it or auctions it off again. The person who did not pay gets timed out for 10 minutes.
If an auctioneer doesn't give up the item, the item is taken from him, given to the buyer, and is timed out for 10 minutes.
