Suggestion:

Colored Chat per group

Why?:

Gives variety instead of plain white chat for everyone, sticks out more

Resources(Pictures, links, etc.):
None, If you need help with the configuration on essentials I can do that for you,
it's on essentials.

Example:
Default: Gray Chat
All donators: White Chat
Mini-Mod/Helper: Yellow Chat
Mod: Blue chat
Owner: Red chat
